Target:
The programme is aimed at the previously disadvantaged, employed and unemployed candidates, to develop critical skills in the key operational areas across the various large organisations. In addition, the programme addresses the specific needs of candidates to obtain sufficient work experience, through coaching and mentorship, that will lead to professional certification within competence areas.

Application Process:
• Applicants must be South African citizens.
• Applicants must be educated to at least Diploma level.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30 years old.
