Key Responsibilities
SAP NetWeaver IDM (Identity Management) • Job & Dispatcher Management: Monitors and troubleshoots IDM dispatchers, engines, andprovisioning queues to ensure user data syncs correctly. • Connectors &Connectivity: Configures and maintains the technical connections(repositories) between IDM and target systems like SAP S/4HANA or Active Directory. • System Maintenance: Performs patches, upgrades, and database maintenance for the IDM system store. SAP BOBJ (BusinessObjects) • ServerAdministration: Manages BOBJ server services (SIA, CMS) via the CentralManagement Console (CMC). • PerformanceTuning: Optimizes Web Intelligence (WebI) and reporting engines, managesmemory allocation, and configures Tomcat web servers. • PromotionManagement: Handles the transport of reports, universes, and dashboardsbetween Development, QA, and Production environments. SAP Solman (Solution Manager) • Installation &Config: Performs the initial installation and basic configuration (e.g.,System Landscape Directory (SLD) setup, Managed System Configuration). • Technical Monitoring: Sets up Technical Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure (MAI)to keep track of system health across the landscape. • SupportPackages: Applies Support Packages (SPs) and patches specifically for theSolman environment. SAP ChARM (Change Request Management) Required technical skills would also be: • Proven experience with Solman installation and Technical configurationand SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ). • Strong hands-onexperience configuring and maintaining SAP NetWeaver IDM. • Knowledge of SAP CloudALM would be an added advantage
Qualifications
Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP PPM on S/4HANA (advantageous) • Project Management certifications (advantageous) • Experience in managing budgets, margins, change requests, financial risks, and commercial controls is required. • Experience in maintaining detailed project plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependency logs, and executive reporting packs is required. • Experience in environments where documentation quality, audit readiness, and contract compliance matter is strongly preferred. • Experience in SAP, ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise application implementation projects is highly advantageous. • Experience in public sector or governance-intensive client environments is highly advantageous.
Education • Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
