The municipality implemented the SAP ERP system including ISU. The municipality supplies mainly water mainly to over 30000 customers.
•The billing module did not work well andusers felt despondent. The result affected the ability for the municipality tobill and generate key reports.
Zimele provide quality assessment and recommendations to ensure that the municipality makes necessary improvements in the systems in order to stabilize the implementation. Zimele set up a Business War room wherein selected users participated in dealing with the issues. Zimele senior ISU lead the War room. The War room helped:
